NEW Lancia Delta HF Turbo Features 

The Garrett | Classic Turbo Series Part #17375-5004W incorporates modern engineering and durability with plug and play install for all the Lampredi engine based catalitic versions from the Lancia Delta HF Integrale 8V, 16V, Lancia Dedra Integrale and Turbo to the Alfa 155 Q4 Turbo and last but not least the Fiat Coupé 16V.  The all NEW center housing rotating assembly CHRA  is now using a 360° thrust bearing setup from factory for improved reliability compared to the old units. The new setup has also a integrated actuator bracket built into the compressor housing to strengthen and give consistent boost pressure control. 

The Turbo 917375-5004W Features

• 360° Thrust bearing setup for improved reliability and durability of
the rotating assembly in extreme operating conditions compared to the old setup as used in the Lancia, Fiat and Alfa models
• Wastegate actuator bracket cast into the compressor housing
for improved stiffness and reliability of the boost control in severe conditions
• New turbine housing, engineered using of better casting process and material designed with thermal simulations to avoid cracks and failures in the housing
• Includes gasket kit 917890-0001 (Turbine inlet, oil inlet, oil outlet)
• Plug and Play installation

Note

A modification and upgrade based on this new core can be done to existing turbos: Larger compressor wheel options such as our Kit 280 Turbo additionally with cut back of the turbine wheel can be performed to reduce back pressure in high boost and RPM applications.
